Anice Aviation with Antica Sambuca Classic
1 ½ oz Antica Sambuca Classic1 oz sage and rosemary syrup¼ oz Parfait Amour liquor¾ oz lemon juice. Pour the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a pre-chilled martini cup. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
A-Star with Antica Sambuca Classic
1 ¼ oz Antica Sambuca ClassicTonic water. In a tumbler filled with ice, pour Antica Sambuca Classic and fill up with your favorite tonic water. Garnish with lemon wheel and an anise star.
Anice Marmalade with Antica Sambuca Classic
½ oz Antica Sambuca Classic1 oz dark rhum1 oz ginger and turmeric syrup1 oz lime juice, 2 spoons pear jam. In a mixing tin add all the ingredients, shake vigorously with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and serve.
Blood Star with Antica Sambuca Classic
1 oz Antica Sambuca Classic1 oz vodka2 oz blood orange juice¾ oz lemon juice¼ oz simple syrup. Cool the glass. Freshly squeeze lemons and oranges. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake for about 6/8 seconds. Strain everything into the glass, and serve.
Boulevardier Italiano with Antica Sambuca Classic
¾ oz Antica Sambuca Classic1 ½ oz bitter¼ oz vermouth extra dry¼ oz sweet vermouth. Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange zest.
Refresh with Antica Sambuca Classic
1 oz Antica Sambuca Classic½ oz lime juice½ oz pink grapefruitginger beer. In a high glass pour Antica Sambuca, lime juice and pink grapefruit juice. Mix gently, then top up with ginger beer. Garnish with dried orange wheel.

with Antica Sambuca with Raspberry flavour - Liqueur 10ml Antica Sambuca Raspberry liqueur50ml vodka10ml lime juice30ml cranberry juice10ml simple syrup4 strawberries. with Antica Sambuca with Liquorice flavour - Liqueur 1 oz Antica Sambuca Black1 oz white rhum¾ oz lime juice2 spoon of sugar. Shake the ingredients with ice, and double strain into a pre-chilled daiquiri glass, previously rimmed with sugar.

with Antica Sambuca with Cherry flavour - Liqueur 20ml Antica Sambuca cherry liqueur10ml Liqueur Volare Cherry brandy40ml Gin20ml lemon juicesoda. Combine the ingredients, except soda, in a shaker and shake well with ice.Strain into a collins glass and add the soda.Garnish with a lemon peel.
Coffee Negroni (Coffee flavour)
with Antica Sambuca with Coffee flavour - Liqueur 1 oz Antica Sambuca Coffee Liquor1 oz red vermouth1 oz bitter½ oz espresso coffee. Pour all the ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, stir and garnish with an orange peel.
Liquorice Fashioned (Liquorice flavour)
with Antica Sambuca with Liquorice flavour - Liqueur 20ml Antica Sambuca liquorice liqueur50ml Bourbon5 drops of Angostura® aromatic bitters. In a mixing glass combine the ingredients and mix well with ice.Strain into an old fashioned glass and garnish with a licorice stick and an orange peel.
Monkeys Favorite (Banana flavour)
with Antica Sambuca with Banana flavour - Liqueur 20ml Antica Sambuca Banana liqueur40ml white rum20ml lime juice45ml pineapple juice45ml grapefruit juice. Combine all the ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well.Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.Garnish with two thin banana slices.
Original Sin (Apple flavour)
with Antica Sambuca with Apple flavour - Liqueur 20ml Antica Sambuca apple liqueur40ml vodka20ml lime juice100ml apple juiceEgg white drops. Combine all the ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well.Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.Garnish with apple slices arranged in a fan shape.
Smoking Martini (Raspberry flavour)
with Antica Sambuca with Raspberry flavour - Liqueur ¾ oz Antica Sambuca Raspberry Liquor1 ¾ oz gin¾ oz lime juice¼ oz vanilla extract or syrup1 fresh raspberryVanilla pod. In a mixing tin pour Antica Sambuca Raspberry Liquor, vanilla extract, gin, lime juice, fresh raspberries and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with vanilla, fresh raspberries and serve.

with Antica Sambuca Classic 15ml Antica Sambuca Classic45ml Liqueur Volare Passion Fruit20ml lime juice100ml grapefruit juice. Combine all the ingredients and ice in a shaker and shake well.Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.Garnish with half a passion fruit.

Lépés: 2Tegyünk egy öntet kávélikőrt a vastag falú whiskeys (old fashioned) pohárba, vagy ha hagyományos módon készítjük, akkor 3 pörkölt kávészemet.
Lépés: 3Öntsük az ánizs likőrt (sambuca) egy talpas brandys (snifter) pohárba, és gyújtsuk meg a likőrt, majd óvatosan tegyük a pohár peremét srégen a whiskeys pohár tetejére.
Lépés: 4A pohár talpát megfogva, kezdjük el szép lassan egy irányba forgatni a poharat, és forgassuk körbe teljesen kb. 3-szor.
